By joining the Justsybians.com adult webmaster affiliate program and promoting any of the websites owned and operated by After Shock Media you ("Partner") agree to the following terms and conditions. Any Partner account found to be in violation of these terms will be terminated and all remaining and future earnings will be forfeited.

In the partnership program you will be paid 50% of ALL initial and recurring membership fees. All processing fee's will be split between the program and the partner.

You are free to make your own banners or text links. You may also use our banners.

All visitors you send to us must come from a web page. We do not allow email links/spamming or any other such practices that could reflect negatively on our program. Failure to comply with this request will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and also may result in the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account.

Sending hits from any URLs which contain and / or promote the following content, programs or linking practices without the prior written consent of Justsybians.com will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent, and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account: child pornography, bestiality, warez, password selling or trading, news group postings, spam e-mails.

Justsybians.com will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with any hosting equipment, 3rd party billing issue, or technical errors.

Payouts are done on a weekly schedule handled and processed by ccbill.com

The Partnership program pays you 50% after refunds and charge backs have been deducted. You will be paid 50% for all membership sales, plus all recurring billing for the duration of each subscription.

Participation:
In order to enroll and participate as a Webmaster in the justsybians.com Program, you must be the owner of the website or the individual vested with the authority to enter into contracts on behalf of the entity that owns the rights to your website.

Spam We do not allow our Partners to promote our Program via unsolicited email (spam).

Electronic mail messages addressed to a recipient with whom the initiator does not have an existing business or personal relationship or is not sent at the request of, or with the express consent of, the recipient; Solicitations posted to chat rooms, or to groups or individuals via Internet Relay Chat or "Instant Messaging" system (such as AIM); justsybians.com may undertake, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, the following enforcement actions: Account termination, recovery of any and all fines and or costs incurred or sustained, turning over all information to any authorities justsybians.com deems necessary.

Illegal Websites:

We do not allow our Partners to promote our Program via illegal websites. This includes, but is not limited to, sites that contain, link to or reference illegal passwords, underage content, rape and/or bestiality. Your web site and all materials, content, goods and services offered through and in associations with your web site do not and shall not at any time:

• violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation or promote illegal activities;
• contain any materials which depict persons in a manner to suggest that they are under the age of eighteen years;
• contain or promote obscene materials or child pornography;
• contain or promote harmful or indecent matter to minors;
• promote violence;
• promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
• contain content which is defamatory, libelous, hateful or unlawfully threatening, abusive or harassing;
•  include any of the Company's trademarks or service marks, or variations or misspellings thereof, in your domain names; or
• send unsolicited bulk, junk, Spam e-mail   or any program, file, data stream or other material which contains viruses, worms, "Trojan horses" or any other destructive feature.
• send, gather, or obtain any traffic sent to justsybians.com from any spyware, adware, malware, or other such program or virus.

Account Termination:

The Company reserves the right to terminate any Partner account for any reason whatsoever. Such reasons that a Partner account may be terminated for are, but not limited to, cheating the Program in any way, high charge-back ratios, low quality traffic, spam, illegal content, etc.

Program Termination:

The Company reserves the right to cancel this Program at any time without prior notice. Upon Program cancellation, Partners will be notified of how and when due funds will be paid.

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. All Partners agree to hold the Company, its shareholders, employees, and anyone else we can think of at any time, harmless in any losses or legalities that any Partner may incur while promoting, or in relation to, this Program..

Acceptance And Execution Of This Agreement:

By submitting the sign-up form, You are agreeing to be bound by all of the terms, conditions, promises, warranties, duties and obligations set forth in this Agreement and Company is agreeing to become a counter-party to the Agreement. The date of execution shall be the date on which the form is forwarded to Company.
